Resumption of Normal Operation - January 2009.

Our web site is now back to normal after the unreliability issues caused by our ISP (Netspeed Pty Ltd). The visit to their office and phone calls finally did the trick.

We regret our loss of service to you over the last 5 days while Netspeed has been down and as promised in our earlier newsletter we have now automatically extended all subscriptions by twice that time (10 days). This will mean that in some cases if your subscription was about to run out that you will find that you have some extra time before renewal will be necessary.

We have also put a Tab at the top of the Front Page titled System Status which you can check at any time if you suspect there is a problem.

Once again please accept our apologies for this inconvenience and be assured that we are actively researching a replacement ISP.
