Seasurface.com Website Outage - January 2009.

Unfortunately our web site is currently unreliable due to a problem with our Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Netspeed Pty Ltd. Their network crashed on Friday 16 Jan for 4 days. Netspeed is only now coming back online although it is sporadic. They were not returning our calls so we have visited their office. But at this stage they cannot give us any indication of when normal service will be resumed. We are very aware that this directly affects our service to you. Rest assured we are actively looking for a new ISP.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this poor service is causing you and will extend all subscriptions by twice the time that Netspeed is offline.

We have put an announcement page onto our website so please keep an eye on this for any developments.
